Mamelodi Sundowns coach Steve Komphela was not in a mood to take any nonsense from anyone on Tuesday night after seeing his side draw with minnows Chippa United at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium.
The 54-year-old tweeted a DM (direct message) he had received from a clearly disgruntled supporter of the club with the handle @1LeboLebza.
It is not clear when the DM was sent.
In the evening Steve Komphela posted the apology from the fan and added that while he had accepted the apology, he urged all insults to stop.
Sundowns will next be in action in the MTN8 semi-final 1st leg against Golden Arrows on Saturday, 28 August at 15:00.
