Johannesburg – The National Freedom Party (NFP) wants the court to block the release, as it was refused to recount.
It is heading to the Pietermaritzburg High Court to ask it to interdict the commission.
The party says it won 7 wards in eDumbe, while the commission shows that it won 6 wards.
