Johannesburg – As the election day draws closer, Johannesburg residents say they have little faith left in ward councillors.
The country is left with only one week before voting day on November 1, and the ANC and opposition parties were out on the streets trying to woo voters in unlikely areas and while they are dialling up their promises – voters say they won’t fall for it this time.
