Johannesburg – Self-proclaimed Prophet Shepherd Bushiri, his wife Mary, and three others are expected to find out if they will be released on bail.
Earlier this week Magistrate Thandi Theledi postponed the matter, saying she can only give it full attention on Friday.
The five accused have been in custody since Tuesday, last week.
They are facing charges of fraud, theft and money laundering to the value of over R100 million.
The State, which is opposing bail, says it needs more time to investigate.
The Bushiri’s say they can’t be held while investigations continue.
