Johannesburg – Self-proclaimed Prophet Shepherd Bushiri, his wife Mary and three others are expected to find out if they will get bail.
The five accused appeared in court on Monday and the matter was postponed until Wednesday. They have been in custody for almost two weeks.
They have been charged with fraud, theft, and money laundering to the value of R1 million.
The state says the accused will abscond if they are granted bail.
