Johannesburg – Action SA said it’s disappointed by the Electoral Court ruling rejecting its ballot paper challenge.
The electoral court rules against Action SA’s application to include the party’s full name on the ballot papers ahead of the elections next month.
The party can only be identified by its logo.
The IEC argued that it was the party’s fault, as it failed to submit an abbreviated name when it first registered as a party.
