Johannesburg – Four police officers have been arrested in connected with the death of Mthokozisi Ntumba.

Ntumba was shot with rubber bullets at close range by police during Wits student protests last week.
The Independent Police Investigative Directorate (Ipid) says the four officers will appear at the Johannesburg Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.

The police officers are facing charges of murder, attempted and defeating the end of justice.
