Johannesburg -The Fergusons are at it again, just after another actor exposed them for not paying him and making him share a bed with a crew member, the Dineo Langa situation is back in the spotlight.
When the news of Langa being fired broke, The Queen’s show-runner Laura Nel confirmed that she had not been fired.
The show’s bosses, Shona and Connie Ferguson even hosted an Instagram Q and A with Themba Ndaba and denied ever firing cast members.
“This is a soap, it’s a Telenovela… characters come and go, that’s how soap operates. It is for the story and sometimes to introduce another story, but characters come and go. This is not something exclusive to The Queen… It happens everywhere and it happens every time,” said Connie.
Dineo Langa has set the record straight on what happened. A twitter follower asked her when she was coming back to The Queen, she said “angibuyi mina ngaxoshwa (I’m not coming back, I was fired).”
She went on to explain that her character was removed from the show and that the character will be dying soon.
