Johannesburg – The newly elected North West Premier, Bushy Maape, said the fire that broke out at the Mmabatho Palms Hotel is a setback for the province’s tourism industry.
The fire began on Wednesday morning.
Some people were still trapped in their rooms but no fatalities have been reported.
The cause of the fire is still not unknown.
