Johannesburg – Deputy President, David Mabuza, is expected to make his first appearance at the 4th Summit of the Human Resources Development Council, to take place at the Gallagher Estate in Midrand, Johannesburg.
Mabusa has been receiving medical treatment in Russia.
His prolonged absence from his duties as deputy president of the country has been under scrutiny and has raised questions about his fitness to hold office.
