Meyiwa murder trial: NPA’s integrity questioned

South Africa

Johannesburg – The NPA’s integrity is at risk if it doesn’t justify why it’s prosecuting five men for the murder of Bafana Bafana captain Senzo Meyiwa.

That’s according to legal expert Melusi Xulu.

A second docket has surfaced which makes a case for those in the house to be arrested and charged.

Court proceedings resume on Monday and it is anticipated that the NPA will give clarity on its decision to prosecute the men currently in the dock.
