Registered to vote? Find out here

South Africa

South Africans will have their last chance to register to vote in the May general elections this weekend.

Over 20 000 voting stations will be open from 8am until 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.

In order to register to vote you need to have a South African bar-coded ID book or smart ID card and make sure you are registered in the ward in which you live.

South African citizens who are over the age of 16 and who are in possession of an SA ID may register to vote, although only those who are at least 18 years old will be allowed to vote during the elections.

You can also SMS your ID number to 32810 (R1.00 per SMS) to check that you are registered to vote, or find out where your nearest voting station is.

For more information you can contact the Electoral Commission Contact Centre on 0800 11 8000.

  1. Hello ,

I saw your tweets and thought I will check your website. Have to say it looks really nice!
I’m also interested in this topic + have recently started my journey as young entrepreneur.

I’m also looking for the ways on how to promote my website. I have tried AdSense and Facebok Ads, however it is getting very expensive.
Can you recommend something what works best for you?

Would appreciate, if you can have a quick look at my website and give me an advice what I should improve: https://janzac.com/
(Recently I have added a new page about Rockwall Investments and the way how normal people can make money with this company.)

I wanted to subscribe to your newsletter, but I couldn’t find it. Do you have it?

Hope to hear from you soon.

    P.S.
Maybe I will add link to your website on my website and you will add link to my website on your website? It will improve SEO of our websites, right? What do you think?

    Regards
    Jan Zac
