South Africa is committed to supporting the Kingdom of Eswatini in its fight against malaria.
President Cyril Ramaphosa made the announcement during his meeting with the kingdom’s King Mswati the Third at Eswatini’s Ehlane Royal Residence on Sunday.
Ramaphosa said South Africa will partner with the kingdom to launch a fund to fight malaria.
“We have committed to cooperate with you on numbers of issues. We are very pleased with your leadership, we have said we are going to support you in the next meeting that is going to be here where we will launching a fund, a fund that you want to lead. We said we are going to support you because you provide a good leadership to enable our continent, finally to get rid of malaria,” says Ramaphosa.
