Johannesburg – AfriForum has applied to the State Capture Commission to subpoena President Cyril Ramaphosa to appear.
It wants Ramaphosa to be cross-examined on the ANC’s cadre deployment policy and also requested an opportunity to make submissions to cross-examine Ramaphosa.
This application comes following the ruling party’s cadre deployment committee from 2013 to 2016.
AfriForum also wants to question Brian Molefe, Dude Myeni, Pravin Gordhan, Thuli Madonsela and several others.
It says the ANC’s deployment policy is one of the most important factors at the State Capture Commission.
