Johannesburg – Power has been restored to all areas affected by the Robertsham substation fire.
City Power technicians managed to return the last feeder boards to service on Wednesday.
It is apologising for the inconvenience after some residents were left without power for up to 48 hours.
The blaze broke out on Monday night, plunging 16 suburbs in Johannesburg South into darkness.
At this stage, the cause of the fire is not known but investigations are underway.
Authorities are not ruling out sabotage.
