Johannesburg – The alleged mastermind in the Tshegofatso Pule murder case is expected back at the Roodepoort Magistrate’s Court.
Ntuthuko Shoba told the magistrate his life was in danger, during his court appearance last week.
He has applied to stay at the Krugersdorp Correctional facility instead of being transferred to Johannesburg.
Shoba’s trial is set to begin on Friday.
He claims the hitman, Muzikayise Malepane, sent him threatening WhatsApp messages.
Malepane confessed to killing Pule and was sentenced to 20 years in prison.
Pule was found stabbed and hanging from a tree. She was eight months pregnant at the time.
