Johannesburg – The suspended ANC Secretary-General’s matter against the governing party is back in court.
Ace Magashule will appeal the South Gauteng High Court’s ruling which upheld his suspension from the ANC.
The appeal application gets underway virtually at the High Court in Johannesburg.
