Just days after revealing that he had been struggling with ‘toughest three weeks’ of his life, DJ Fresh has now turned his attention to exercise and beating the bulge.
The Metro FM breakfast show host received massive support on Twitter last week after he took to the platform to reveal how he had just went through the toughest three weeks of his life and spoke of the difficulty in admitting that he needed help.
Since then the DJ has thrown himself into exercise and has posted several videos of himself working out to try motivate others to do the same.
Labelling it #FatMustFall, Fresh encouraged his followers to do some form of exercise for 20 minutes.
