Johannesburg – The Independent Electoral Commission is launching the 2021 municipal elections campaign on Wednesday.
October has been earmarked as the month when elections are set to take place.
The focus will be on the review of the elections by former Deputy Chief Justice Dikgang Moseneke.
Moseneke has been appointed to establish whether the vote should go ahead in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic.
