Johannesburg – Justice Minister Ronald Lamola said extradition treaty with the United Arab Emirates will come into force on July 10.
This will open the way for the Gupta family to be brought back to South Africa.
The Guptas have been implicated in state capture.
But, the minister said it may take some time before we see a Gupta in the dock.
