The Commission of Inquiry into the Public Investment Corporation resumes on Wednesday.
On Tuesday, Harith General Partners’ CEO Tshepo Mahloele claimed the testimony presented by UDM leader Bantu Holomisa has caused the company major reputational damage.
The UDM leader claimed Harith and another company, Lebashe, received dodgy investments from the PIC.
Mahloele insists Lebashe and Harith are two different companies with two different functions.
Holomisa had testified they were, in fact, one entity pretending to be two.
The commission will hear testimony from Lebashe directors next week.
