Tshiamo Sedumedi, the Managing Director and co-founder of MNS Attorneys, will continue his testimony at the state capture inquiry.
On Tuesday, Sedumedi spoke about MNS’s mandate and the outcome of their investigations.
He says payment of R1.3-billion was made to CSR on the first of October without having received any advanced payment guarantee form from Transnet.
The commission will also hear Transnet related testimony from Actuarial Scientist, Alister Chabi.
