Orlando Pirates have started to prepare their MultiChoice Diski Challenge side for DStv Premiership action due to the Covid crisis in the league.
Pirates are looking to learn from Kaizer Chiefs’ mistake by preparing a side in case Covid hits their squad.
“We’re just governed by the PSL who make the rules. We will be guided by them if there’s a change but currently, we are infected and affected.
“The measures have been made by our management in terms of MDC players, starting to be prepared in case it gets worse, said Mandla Ncikazi.
The Buccaneers are ready for all possible outcomes, they are looking to avoid to drama that Chiefs are currently facing with the PSL.
Their MDC side is on standby in case of any Covid cases in the squad.
Pirates are scheduled to take on TS Galaxy at the Orlando Stadium on Saturday, December 11.
