Johannesburg – The so-called Samurai killer of Krugersdorp, Morne Harmse, has been released on parole.
However, a question regarding his mental health has been raised, as well as the decision to grant him earl release.
Correctional Services has defended its decision, saying they are confident Harmse is not a danger to society.
