Johannesburg – Former Health Minister Zweli Mkhize could be facing possible criminal charges over the Digital Vibes scandal.
During a presentation in Parliament on Wednesday, the Special Investigative Unit (SIU) spoke of possible executive charges Mkhize could have faced had he not resigned.
