Cape Town – There may soon be a solution to the growing challenge of Covid-19 variants.
The University of Cape Town will begin clinical trials of a new broad-based vaccine this month.
The hAd5 T-cell vaccine attacks the genome, protein coat and spike of the virus.
This will make it less susceptible to vaccine failure due to mutations.
