Johannesburg – The number of new Covid-19 infections is sitting at 3,699.
Gauteng is leading with just over 1,3oo cases. The Western Cape follows behind with 636 new infections.
KwaZulu-Natal has recorded 458 cases.
The North West and Mpumalanga are on just over 300 infections while the Free State has recorded 237 cases.
A further 7 deaths have been reported in the last 24 hours, taking the death toll to just over 97,500.
