Johannesburg – The Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Naledi Pandor says the government intends to appeal the High Court ruling on the donation to Cuba.
AfriForum won an urgent interdict blocking the government’s planned R50-million donation.
The minister said they are studying the judgment explaining that the money was to be donated as humanitarian aid.
