Johannesburg – Former South African Airway chairperson Dudu Myeni has been declared a delinquent director for life.
This means Myeni cannot hold any directorship in any company for the rest of her life.

A case was brought to the court by Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse (OUTA) and the SAA Pilot’s Association (SAAPA).
They accuse Myeni of plunging the national carrier into financial chaos while she was chairperson.
The judgment has been referred to the National Prosecution Authority for possible investigation, in which Myeni is also expected to pay costs.
