Johannesburg – Economic Freedom Fighter (EFF) leader and party MP Mbuyiseni Ndlozi, will return to the Randburg Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.
The two are charged with the alleged assaulting of a police officer at the funeral of Winnie Madikizela-Mandela in 2018.
The incident was caught on CCTV and released by AfriForum last year.
During their last appearance in court, Malema told journalists the charged are a waste of time and should be scrapped.
