Johannesburg – A doctor and licensing officials were arrested on Thursday as authorities clamp down on illegal activities at licensing centres.

It follows an investigation linking them to an illegal licensing syndicate.
The operation, led by the Road Traffic Management Corporation in Mpumalanga, is targeting those suspected of being involved in a syndicate assisting people in obtaining licences fraudulently.
