Johannesburg – The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) is launching its National Results Operation Centre in Tshwane.
The N-ROC is the hub for election monitoring and results.
The commission is also expected to give an update on its state of readiness.
Meanwhile, ministers in the Security Cluster have assured South Africans the elections will be free and safe.
They will deploy police at all voting stations and results centres.
Additional forces will be deployed in hotspots.
