Johannesburg – ANC Chairperson, Gwede Mantashe, says the party is not using the step-aside resolution to target individuals.
Mantashe said the rule is not new, and leaders have adhered to this before.
He was speaking at the party’s Sarah Baartman Region in the Eastern Cape.
The ANC says party members facing serious criminal offences must step aside.
