Johannesburg – He keeps breaking boundaries and making waves internationally. Fashion designer and owner of luxurious brand Maxhosa, Laduma Ngxokolo has done it again.
Ngxokolo’s clothing brand Maxhosa has been featured on Eddie Murphie’s much anticipated movie, Coming to America 2, which is due for release in March.
In the movie Eddi Murphy, Nomzamo Mbatha and other cast members are seen in Maxhosa designs and Laduma’s triumph has left South Africans in awe of him.
He is a regular on the fashion weeks around the world and has dressed artists like Swiss Beatz and his wife Alicia keys and NBA star Dwayne Wade.
Taking to social media to share the news, saying he and his teams worked relentlessly to make the garment and enjoyed every minute of it.
“Got a call from the QUEEN of costume design @therealruthecarter in 2019 to co-work with her on a few @MAXHOSA pieces for the Coming 2 America film, the rest was history and history made. My team and I enjoyed every minute of working on this project,” he said.
