Johannesburg – The second instalment of the state capture report will be handed over to the Presidency on Tuesday.
The commission’s chair, Acting Chief Justice Raymond Zondo, presented the first part to President Cyril Ramaphosa in January.

The second instalment is to most likely delve into capture at state-owned enterprises.
The third and final part is expected to be submitted later this month.

The President promised to act on the report only after receiving all three parts.
The Presidency also committed to sharing the contents of part two of the report as soon as it’s handed over.
