Johannesburg – ANC Deputy President, David Mabuza says the Digital Vibes matter should now be dealt with by law enforcement agencies.
The SIU report into Digital Vibes was released on Wednesday and implicates former Minister of Health Zweli Mkhize.
The embattled company received millions from the department.
Mabuza said this is an unfortunate situation.
“Well the report has been out and we have looked at it and we think the law enforcement agencies must now take over to take it to its logical conclusion,” said Mabuza.
“But from a distance, you can see that there is wrongdoing, there is wrongdoing here. It is a very unfortunate situation where the department, the entire leadership of the department just went astray.”
