Johannesburg – ANC NEC member Mduduzi Manana said they are not worried about potential litigation.
This comes after 19 votes were temporarily set aside at the ANC Ekurhuleni elective conference.
Preliminary results named Mzwandile Masina had been re-elected as regional chairperson of the ANC’s Ekurhuleni region on Sunday.
He beat Doctor Xhakaza, who was also contesting for the position.
